Chocolate ball mill is a special machine for fine grinding chocolate and its mixture.

Through the impact and friction between the material and the steel ball in the vertical or horizontal cylinder, the material is finely ground to the required fineness.

The whole body of the machine is made of stainless steel, using Delta control system, Schneider Electric and Durrex pump.

This machine is designed according to the characteristics of the natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent (CBE). It is in vertical structure, the chocolate mass is fed from the bottom by the chocolate pump, then passing through four temperature adjusting zone and one temperature holding zone, then output fromthe top of the machine. After this process, the chocolate product will be well crystallized with smooth taste, good finishing and longer shelf life.
